This position designs, organises and coordinates brand-specific website assets, EDMs, landing pages and editorial content for leading retail brands: west elm, Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn and Pottery Barn Kids.
Drives Innovation & Change
Work in collaboration with the Australian Creative Team, Australian e-Commerce Managers, Global Merchants and U.S. Creative team to design brand-consistent homepages, EDMs, landing pages and editorial content.
Collaborate with the Australian Social Media Manager on social media assets as required.
Design comps for new site functionality; come up with creative solutions that work within the brand style guide.
Conceptualise and offer creative solutions for innovating, improving and optimising various areas on sites.
Special projects and initiatives as needed.

Collaborate with the Copywriter and Global Merchants to request eCommerce copy.

Design Point of Sale signage.
Create and design invitations for PR team.
Develop and create advertorial material.
Develop and create media releases.
Ad-hoc projects as required.
3+ years studio or client-side digital design experience
Design experience working for a lifestyle retail brand would be highly desirable
Relevant tertiary qualifications in graphic or digital design
Extremely proficient in Adobe CC and Photoshop
A portfolio that demonstrates strong digital design skills
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS, having previously designed across a range of digital touch points
Experience using project management tools such as Basecamp
Ability to set and meet aggressive deadlines
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing and changing priorities and tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Deadline driven and organised with a strong work ethic
