Temple & Webster is Australia’s largest online retailer of furniture and homewares, delivering beautiful solutions to our customers and providing daily inspiration on furniture and homewares trends.
We are currently looking for a Buying Administrator to join our team and provide administrative support to the Category Manager’s in the following areas:
o Liaising with multiple suppliers regarding the timely supply of accurate product information and imagery to support online furniture & homeware sales
o Formatting data within excel submission sheets to prepare new products for uploading including accurate descriptions, dimensions, features, pricing and image file labelling
o Using excel to accurately prepare special price loading to support regular promotions
o Ensuring onsite accuracy of all product information and images at all times to maximise sales and customer satisfaction
o Working to tight deadlines to coordinate the supply of product samples for photo shoots
o Working closely with the Creative, Content, Operations and Customer Care teams to ensure that the customer experience with Temple & Webster is world-class
To be suitable for this role you will have a desire to work in an administrative role, have high attention to detail, advanced excel skills, familiarity with Google sheets, articulate verbal communication skills, effective written communication skills, personal experience with online shopping and a keen interest in furniture and homewares trends. SQL experience is also desirable.
