Job Description
Living Space Constructions is an established, market leading renovation company based in Artarmon on the Lower North Shore of Sydney. We specialise in Kitchen, Bathroom and Full Unit Renovations where we provide a unique end to end renovation service from our Showroom and Interior Design Service right through to our own Project Managers, in-house trades team and kitchen manufacturing facility.
We have recently expanded into a new high profile showroom location and now have an exciting opportunity for a new Renovation Showroom/Design Consultant to join our team. The position is available for an immediate start and remuneration will be offered in line with experience.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Assist with opening and closing of the showroom each day
– Provide full internal renovation material selection service to customers including kitchen and bathroom design and planning using Cabinet Vision
– Provide interior design and colour advice to customers during their material selection
– Maintain, research and update showroom product ranges suitable for our renovation service
– Keep up-to-date with renovation trends in the marketplace and competitor activities to maintain our market leader position
– Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders including customers, management, internal trades team/manufacturing staff and product suppliers
– Help improve and maintain our unique end-to-end internal presentation, sales, pricing, ordering and delivery systems
– Work with the internal project management and trades team to ensure each client is given the highest level of customer service
– Any ad hoc duties as required from time to time
Preferable Experience
EXPERIENCE:
– Kitchen Design and Cabinet Vision Experience an advantage
– Related experience within a building products retail showroom or within the building and renovation industry in general
– Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
