Phukienso will only use your personal information and the information we collect for the purpose for which it is collected, or such secondary purposes that are related to the primary purpose, unless we disclose purposes in this Policy or at the time of collection. Except as stated in this Policy, Phukienso will not use or disclose your personal information unless you consent to the disclosure, the disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce this Policy or it is permitted, required or authorised by or under law. In general, Phukienso may use your personal information in the following ways: To deliver and fulfil the services or carry out the transactions you have requested (including but not limited to purchases of Phukienso products and delivery of the Newsletter). Communications with you relating to the Website, such as service notices, reminders and administrative messages, as well as the Newsletter that may contain advertising for products and services of Phukienso or third parties. These communications are considered part of your Phukienso account. You may only opt out of receiving them by terminating your registration with Phukienso. Phukienso Website is not intended for children under the age of 15. When a visitor indicates an age under 15, the registration process for Phukienso website cannot be completed, and no personally identifying information is collected in conjunction with that attempted submission except that we retain e-mail addresses of such persons (and record of access attempts) for purposes of denying registration. Otherwise, we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from visitors under the age of 15. Phukienso collects, uses and discloses information on users under 15 in the same manner as it does for adults. You may Phukienso at the below listed details to access, modify, correct or delete personal information controlled by us regarding your subscription. However, we may charge you a reasonable fee for this, or we may refuse to provide access if permitted by law to do so, in which case we will provide reasons for our decisions as required by law. We may keep your personal information for as long as your subscription is active, or as needed. We generally delete closed account information and will de-personalise any logs or other backup information.
